Nice ones, all. One I might be inclined to add w/b Dramatics' "I Want to Outside in the Rain," but the unnecessary sound effects bumper brings that one down a notch. So instead I'll guess I'll default to AWB's "School Boy Crush."

And seeing how some of the Obvious/Big Intro picks have been so classic rawk-ish, I'm surprised no one has yet to nominate "When the Levee Breaks" or "Barracuda."

Not to mention "Shine On You Crazy Diamond" and "Bohemian Rhapsody".

But fuck me, how did I not think of "Shaft"?

Shocked no 'White Lines' or 'Rapper's Delight' have materialized

Not the 70s, but a perfect intro to one of the greatest records ever:

(Hideously degraded by some shitty 90s novelty-rap twats)

@ DWK: And before that, the song itself being diminished by Mick Jagger & co. (Whose version for some reason always reminded me more of Hancock's "Watermelon Man" than the Bob & Earl original.)

OMG all I can remember is Jagger doing the "shuffle" in the video... shudder

And then there was his horrid duet with Bowie too...
